In my culture, it's normal to marry young to a man your parents have chosen for you. You understand, of course, that wouldn't be my choice at all, and that I don't find my husband attractive at all. He's old and a real nag, and I simply can't do anything wrong with him. Luckily, we live in 2017 and the internet exists! I feel like I'm in a middle-age crisis. It feels so strange, I don't really know what to do with it. My gut tells me I should choose a different path, because my gut never deceives me, so here I am. Who knows, maybe I'll find the man here who appreciates me and adores me. It's worth a try.
